Our delicious, single origin Mexico coffee is a Shade-Grown Organic and Fairtrade Certified coffee. It offers a velvety medium body, a refreshing finish, and a warm, nutty fragrance, making it an ideal breakfast brew. Sourced exclusively from 100% women-owned farms in the Cafe Femenino program, this coffee comes from a cooperative in the southern highlands of Chiapas, within the El Triunfo Biosphere’s buffer zone. This region harbors vibrant Cloud and Tropical Rain Forests, home to rare and endangered species. The women farmers, many descendants of the ancient Mame Mayan culture yet few speaking the Mame language today, are dedicated to sustainable practices that safeguard the Biosphere’s delicate ecosystems from agricultural encroachment.
