Time seems to be a factor in everyone's life these days. I've come up with a number of recipes that allow you to have a great family meal or quick and easy dinner for entertaining your friends. The key to these recipes is the 'Slow Cooker' or crock pot as my mom called it. This chicken recipe can be made in the morning before going off to school or work in approximately 15 minutes. As with all my recipe's I strive to make them sugar - sodium - gluten - & MSG free. I've given some options to use products that meet these guidelines but if you are not into this then by all means use the alternates. Please excuse the photo I forgot to sprinkle the onion greens over the plate. My bad! Hey, I'm a guy what do you expect!!
